The Ladbrokes TV Trophy Final greyhound race is being run this coming Saturday, and I am sure plenty of you will have been watching the individual heats of that race, and have probably made your mind up as to which greyhound is going to win it.
The prize money is huge, as far as greyhound racing goes, and to be fair to the sponsors of that race, they have certainly put together a generous set of odds on their ante post betting market on that race if you fancy having a punt on it.
As for what odds are available currently on each of the six greyhounds that will be taking their respective chances in that race, I will reveal them to you shortly, however keep in mind that Ladbrokes are paying out to three place on this race as opposed to the standard two places on their each-way betting markets and that is a very generous set of each-way terms to say the least.
The percentage of the win odds you get paid on any greyhound you do decide to back each-way are one quarter of the odds too, so all you each-way sharks out there have a great chance of locking in a profit on that ante post betting market if you are quick!
Maireads Ivy Favoiurite to Win
If there is one greyhound that has rightly earned its place in the final of the Ladbrokes TV Trophy final it is Maireads Ivy, and if you have been watching that greyhound work its way through the heats you are bound to fancy its chances too.
The odd you can back it at over at the Ladbrokes betting site are fair, considering its chances of coming out on top, and as for reference those odds are 11/8, but are subject to change at any time, and I suspect it will be at even money if not odds-on sooner rather than later.
The Rest of the Field
Slippy Maggie is another hotly fancied runner and that greyhound is trading at the 9/4 mark and is sure to attract plenty of support as the starting day and time of the race approaches so to secure those odds bet now is my advice.
Savana Winner is probably going to need some luck in running from its tricky draw, however anything could happen and it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if that greyhound did manage to get its head u[p in front at the finishing line and its current odds are 9/2 to do just that.
Goldie’s Hotspur is probably the only other greyhound that has any realistic chance of winning this race, and as far as the ante post odds you can get on it doing so they are 11/2.
Tellhersomething is trading at 16/1 so is one of the outsiders, and the one greyhound that is friendless on the ante post betting markets for the Ladbrokes TV trophy final is Slippy Maska who is expected to come in last at its odds of 33/1!
