Make no mistake about it, the current odds on Brazil to win the Copa America this year are not going to be as high as they are now, if as planned, they go on to win match after match, and as such those of you that do fancy betting on them out there need to get a move on.
As for just what odds you are going to be able to secure on Brazil by betting on them right now, well there isn’t much difference as to the odds being offered at ,many betting sites, and as such you should still be able to secure odds of around 5/4 on them being crowned champions this year.
Those of you that are interested in backing any of the other teams well apart from Argentina who are currently the second favourite at odds of 7/2, you may be best advised to back them each-way and take advantage of the generous each-way betting terms of one third the win odds to two places that BetFred currently are offering.
I advise that due to the fact that the remaining teams competing this year for the Copa America are trading at some much bigger odds, and you will still lock in a profit when backing them each-way, as long as you chosen team does make it to the final game of course.
Uruguay Next in the Betting
Once you look further down the betting market you will see those much bigger odds being made available to you and there are a few teams that may just be worth backing each way.
The first of them is Uruguay who do look like one of those standout each-way bets, based on their current Betfred win odds of 7/1, another team to certainly consider is Chile who are on offer at around the 8/1 mark, and then there is Colombia who at 9/1 and not without a chance of success this year in the Copa America.
The Outsiders to Win the Copa America
I doubt it will be any of the teams I am about to showcase to you that are either going to win the Cop America of make it through to the final game and come in second place, however the decision to back any team is always yours.
As for the teams I do not fancy whatsoever to win, well they are Ecuador and Peru both on offer at odds of 25/1, Venezuela a 28/1 shot are also up against it, and I cannot possibly see Japan or Paraguay both at 33/1 doing well in this football competitions.
There are still two other teams that will be taking their chances, however you are not going to be getting any real value backing he likes of Bolivia for their odds should be at least triple the 66/1 odds that they are currently being offers, and as for the chances of Qatar well I would add a nought onto the 100/1 odds being offered by most bookies, as they should be the real odds of them winning this year!
