CIMB Classic 2018 Tournament Winner Betting

As a golf fan, it can be quite difficult trying to keep track of each of the major golf tournaments that are taking place all over the world. That is why I do try and keep you fully updated through my daily best bets of the day guides as to just which ones are just about to start and also just which ones are not that far away.

With that in mind today is the day when I am going to be taking a look at the current state of the betting markets on the CIMB Classic tournament.

That is a PGA Tour event which is in play from the 11th of October until the 14th of October 2018, and as such if you do fancy betting on any of the golfers that will be taking part in it and taking their chances in that major golf tournament then you really do need to hurry up, to try and secure the very highest odds.

A little bit of background information about the CIMB Classic golf tournament that you may find of interest is that it is being held at the TPC Kuala Lumpur golf course, and it will be the tricky West Course that the tournament will be played on, so golfers are going to have to be at the very top of their game to win this golf tournament for sure!

It will of course be a share of the prize purse that every single player will be hoping to take back home with them, and this year the prize purse stands at a massive $7,000,000!

Best Odds on the Golfers in the 2018 CIMB Classic

Ever since William Hill opened their futures betting market on the CIMB Classic of 2018, there have been plenty of punters laying their money down on Justin Thomas, so much so he has been backed right down to odds of just 5/1 and as such is the favourite to win that golf tournament this year.

In fact, when you take a look at the odds of the second favourite player to win, that being Ryan Moore and discover that his odds are still fairly high at 12/1, then you will get an idea of just how much cash has been coming in for Justin Thomas.

However, having said that on the balance of for, there are no end of golfers that will be lining up to take their respective chances on this major golf tournament, and I certainly would never put you off backing any that you have been following recently and think do have a very fair and reasonable chance of winning.

As for very fair and reasonable chances of winning, I do think that Billy Horschel is something of a dark horse in the tournament this year, and I am of the mind that his current set of odds available from William Hill, those being 14/1 are a tad overpriced, and he is certainly looking like the value bet of this major golf tournament for sure!

There is one other golfer that could find himself becoming the second, third or even forth favourite it win if the volumes of cash I predict do start to come in for him, and that golfer is of course Xander Schauffele, whose chances of winning this event in my option are fair and high and he does look a golfer worth a speculative punter seeing as his win odds are currently around the 16/1 mark!

Outsiders and Each-Way Possibilities

You can of course choose any golfer to either win the CIMB Classic golf tournament this year or back them each-way, and the savviest of punters will already have pencilled into their betting strategy for this event any number of golfers that they intend to back each-way.

In fact, as William Hill, as you will discover when licking through any of our links to take your directly to their betting site, are offerings some to the very best and most valuable of terms on their each-way betting markets, so that site is once again where you should be placing such two part bets of course!

As for which golfers could get placed, well that is a decision that you are going to have to make, but with Paul Casey being listed quite high up the William Hill futures betting market on the CIMB Classic this year and with him being readily available to back at high odds of 18/1, he may just be one golfer to have a fairly substantial each-way bet on!

Two other golfers that are in which a chance of getting placed n the top positions of this major golf tournament are Marc Leishman, Gary Woodland and with their odds both currently being 20/1 they do represent true valued bets, and I am confident many of you out their will fancy their chances of getting placed if not of winning this tournament this year!

The odds do of course keep in getting higher in value on a all other golfers, and if you fancy the chances of either Keegan Bradley or Brandt Snedeker then the 25/1 odds that William Hill are offering all online and mobile customers of theirs are sure to tempt you into betting early on either of them.

Four golfers who are currently trading at 28/1 and who could also fill one of the placed positions, but will of course need everything to fall into place for them do to so are Emiliano Grillo, Louis Oosthuizen, Rafa Cabrera Bello and Kyle Stanley.

The list of golfers that William Hill currently have on offer at 33/1 is fairly large and you will need to study the form of players such as Branden Grace, Kevin, Cameron Smith and also the likes of Byeong Hun An, Kevin An, C.T. Pan and Danny Lee if you do find those odds appealing.

As for the other outsiders that are in with a small but realistic chance of filling a top position on the leader board of the CIMB Classic this year are J.B. Holmes at 40/1 and also possibly golfers such as Pat Perez, Peter Uihlein, Chez Reavie, Charles Howell and Beau Hossler 50/1, but I think you can safely discount any other golfers taking part in this tournament!
