For those early bird punters out there, you should be shopping around right now for the best odds on any runners you think are going to come out on top and win the 2019 running of the Ladbrokes Trophy Chase which is the featured race on the Newbury race card on the 30th of November this year.
It is one of the most challenging of Grade 3 National Hunt races for sure, however there are no shortages of horses that could go on to win that race, and today I am going to be taking a look at those horses and letting you know what their respective early odds are.
Based on form, Santini looks like the horse that is expected to do well in this race, and that is a view shared by many punters and bookies too, so much so that it has been installed as the current ante post favourite to win at most bookies sites and the odds on offer are around the 7/1 mark.
As for whether it will be worth backing horses such as Topofthegame at 10/1 or Lostintranslation at 14/1, well they are the second and third favourites and they must both have a fair chance of getting involved in the race at some point and they are likely to be two other horses that continue to be backed moving forwards.
Coral Paying 4 Places Each-Way
Coral a popular land based online and mobile bookie are leading the way regarding the best each-way betting terms on this year’s Ladbrokes Trophy Chase and with them going one quarter of the win odds to four places I would suggest you place any each-way bets you are about to place with them.
Whilst you can of course back any of the horses listed up above each-way, two that do stand out due to their form, experience and their current odds, those being 16/1 do have a good chance for each-way backers and those horses are Mister Malarky and Talkischeap.
Huge Odds on All Other Runners
The odds on the other runners in the Ladbrokes Trophy Chase race do somewhat give you an idea of just what their respective winning chances are, and the next horse in the betting is Kildisart at 20/1 who may appeal to some each-way backers.
Delta Work, Give Me A Copper, Kapcorse, Kemboy, Le Breuil and Vinndication are all chalked up and readily available at odds of at least 25/1 and there are plenty of bookies offering 33/1 on the likes of Beware the Bear, Cadmium, Dingo Dollar, Drovers Lane and Glen Rocco.
There are of course going to be outsiders in any race and in this race the horses that are not being backed and are likely to finish at the back of the field rather than at the front are Atlanta Ablaze and No Comment at 40/1.
