This week does of course see plenty of matches kicking off in the UEFA Nations League, and that does of course mean that from a betting point of view you are blessed with plenty matches to bet on too.

Let me look at a couple of matches in League A of the UEFA Nations League that have caught my eye this morning, the first of which is the Poland v Portugal match that is kicking off on the 11th of October. Betfred are going 19/10 on a Poland win, they have the draw at odds of 11/5 but I think it will be Portugal that will come out on top in that match and their win odds of doing so are 8/5.
On the 12th of October another match worth betting on is the Belgium v Switzerland match, and it is Belgium that I am tipping to win that match at odds of 4/9, they do look a much better proposition from a betting point of view that that do the draw are 19/5 or Switzerland whose odds of winning are huge at 13/2!
League B Betting Opportunities
As far as the best betting opportunities go in League B, I would steer you towards the Russia v Sweden match and that match is kicking off on the evening of the 11th of October, so once again there is plenty of time to place a bet on it.
As for just where the smart money is going on that match, well it is hard to look past Russia who are 21/20 to win, the draw is unlikely at 23/10 and for those of you who are convinced that Sweden will win you can bag odds of 3/1 on them doing so.
UEFA Nations League C Betting Opportunities
League C of the UEFA Nations League is certainly an interesting one, and there are a couple of matches that I think are worth betting on this Thursday evening.
One fairly well balanced match is the one between Israel and Scotland, and you are certainly going to have your work cut out trying to predict just which team will win that match.
However, the odds on all three possible outcomes are there for the taking at Betfred and currently those odds are 6/4 on an Israel win, and for reference the odds on both the draw and a win for Scotland are the same, with those odds being 21/10!
One other match that I would possible include in any multiple bets you are going to be placing later this week in the UEFA Nations League is the Lithuania v Romania match, it is easy to discount a Lithuania win as their win odds are huge at 13/2, I doubt the match will end in a draw but the odds are 3/1 on it doing so, but Romania are the team I will be backing at 8/15.
