International football friendlies are always worth betting on, or should I say some of them are, for whilst they are obviously by their very nature not part of any major football tournament, each team are all going to want to win the ones they are playing in.
There can also be some value to be had if you do carefully select the ones you bet on, and this coming week there are quite a lot of them being played in different parts of the world.
With that in mind below I have listed each of those international friendlies and you are going to get an ideal of the current stake of the betting markets on each of them too.
Just keep in mind that whilst I am going to be listing the odds on offer currently on the outright betting markets on each of those matches, which for reference are quoted from the live betting markets over at Betfred, you can also bet on all manner of additional betting opportunities too not limited to the first or last goal scorer, the number of goals you think will be scored and even the correct score too.
Wednesday at 19:45 is when the Slovakia v Denmark match will be kicking off and Slovakia are currently 3/1 to win that match, the draw is on offer at 4/1 and you can get 11/1 on a Denmark win too!
Thursdays International Friendlies
Moving onto Thursdays international friendliest be aware that it is going to be at 14:00 that the Uzbekistan v Syria will be kicking off, so make sure you get your bets placed nice and early if you do fancy betting on that match.
As for the favourite current team to win that match well that is of course Uzbekistan for they are 1/2 to win that match the draw is on offer at 3/1 and the away team are 13/2 to win that match too.
Three matches on Thursday that will all be kicking off at 19:45 include Austria v Sweden, Portugal v Croatia and Netherlands v Peru. In the first match it is Austria who are the 6/5 favourite to win that match, the draw odds are 11/5 and you can get 5/2 on a Sweden win too.
As far as the current odds on the Portugal v Croatia match goes the odds on Portugal winning are 29/20 and 21/10 is on offer over at Betfred on either the draw or a Croatia win, so that does look a fair and well balanced match from a betting point of view.
If you fancy having a bet on the Netherlands v Peru match, then be aware the smart money is currently pouring in on the Netherlands to win that match which has forced their win odds for that match down to 4/6, as for the draw odds they are 11/4 and if you are quickly and fancy backing Peru to win you can get odds of 9/2 on them doing so!
Fridays International Friendlies
Friday will see you being able to bet on three international friendliest, but be aware that due to the different times zones there is a different kick off time for each of them, so make sure if any of the following matches are ones you fancy betting on you place your bets well in advance of the match starting!
At 11:00 in the morning on Friday it will be the Japan v Chile match that is kicking off and the odds on that match show that Japan are the underdogs to win at odds of 5/2 you can get 21/10 about the draw and the current favourite to win but only just it does have to be said is of course Chile and their win odds are 5/4!
The next match is kicking off at 12:00 on Friday and that is the match between South Korea and Costa Rica, the home team surprisingly are chalked up as the favourites and their win odds are 11/10 however I am much more convinced that match is going to end in either a draw and the draw odds for reference are 11/5 or even a win for Costa Rice whose odds are currently very tempting at 11/4!
I am sure there will be plenty of bets coming in on the last match that will be kicking off on Friday, especially from punters north of the border, for at 19:45 the Scotland v Belgium match will be kicking off and Scottish punters are going to want to take advantage for the huge odds being ordered by Betfred on that match.
You can bag odds of 5/1 on Scotland winning that match over at Betfred and there is no doubt in my mind those odds are going to be mopped up by many Scotland fans, however the match could of course end in a draw and by backing the draw right now you can get odds of 11/4 but if you think the favourite will come out on top that of course being Belgium you can get odds of 3/5 on them doing so!
Saturdays International Friendlies
As mentioned up above due to the time zone differences each of these internationals are going to be kicking off at different times, and as for the USA v Brazil match on Saturday that match when watched in the UK will be being aired at 00:30 Saturday morning.
Whether or not you will be staying up late to watch it is of course your decision to make, however you can of course bet on it at any time before the match begins and by doing so right now you can get odds of 6/1 on a USA win, you can bet on the draw and take advantage of odds of 19/5 and the odds on Brazil winning are 4/9.
In-play betting opportunities will also go live at Betfred once any of the above matches have kicked off too, so you can bet as you are watching the match on a range of different outcomes if you so desire!
